What is causing the apocalyptic flooding? Governments worldwide withhold information about the true extent of the flooding, probably to avoid causing mass panic and to maintain control. This intentional withholding of information is irresponsible and hazardous, leaving communities ill-prepared for the ongoing and escalating disaster.
