(SQAUK) — Jim Fetzer, Ph.D., a well-known conspiracy theorist, has filed a new legal motion to reopen the case related to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, alleging external fraud and fraud on the court.
The University of Minnesota professor has long contended that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax, and he has been involved in extensive litigation over these claims. His legal battles have spanned various courts, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court, all of which have ruled against him.
In his recent motion, Fetzer argues that Leonard Pozner, suing him for defamation, is a fictional character. Fetzer claims that evidence, such as photographs and personal appearances, shows discrepancies, indicating that Pozner may not be a natural person but a made-up identity.
Fetzer alleges that some of the supposed descendants from Sandy Hook, such as Noah Pozner, are either made up or still alive. He presents photographs of Noah and his step-brother, Michael Vabner, as evidence.
Additionally, Fetzer states that the person identified as Leonard Pozner in court does not match publicly available images of Pozner, alleging a significant difference in physical appearance.
Further, Fetzer accuses the media of using makeup artists to alter the appearance of witnesses to align with the alleged narrative of the Sandy Hook event.
The motion is supported by extensive exhibits totaling 548 pages, segmented into 11 parts due to file size limitations. These documents include various forms of alleged proof, such as photographic analyses, affidavits, and comparisons.
Fetzer has filed a motion to expose what he believes is a significant judicial and legal fraud. He wants to reopen the case to prove that the original verdict was influenced by fake evidence and testimonies. This challenges the commonly accepted story of the Sandy Hook tragedy.
