Introduction: Truth stranger than fiction
(SQAUK) — Executive Order 13848, signed by President Donald Trump on September 12, 2018, was designed to protect the integrity of U.S. elections from foreign interference. However, this executive order has become pivotal in re-establishing the Trump administration’s technical second term and the current Continuity of Government (COG) status, effectively sidelining Joe Biden.
Executive Order 13848
President Donald Trump issued Executive Order 13848 in response to growing concerns about foreign meddling in U.S. elections. The order declared a national emergency, invoking the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) and the National Emergencies Act (NEA). It empowered the federal government to impose sanctions on foreign entities involved in election interference.
The order required the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to assess and report on foreign interference within 45 days of an election. If such interference was confirmed, the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with other federal agencies, was mandated to impose sanctions on the involved foreign actors, including asset freezes and travel bans.
While Executive Order 13848 focused on election security, its broader implications for national security and emergency preparedness laid the groundwork for the Continuity of Government operations. The national emergency declared by the order created a framework that could be adapted to ensure governmental stability during crises, aligning with the principles of COG operations.
National emergency declaration: The national emergency declaration allowed for the rapid mobilization of resources and coordination among federal agencies, ensuring that essential government functions could continue uninterrupted during a crisis.
Interagency coordination: The order required the development of a coordinated response framework among federal agencies, which is a critical component of COG planning. This ensured a unified approach to addressing threats and maintaining governmental continuity.
Resilience and stability: By addressing foreign interference and protecting the electoral process, the order enhanced the strength of the U.S. political system. This resilience is essential for maintaining COG status during various threats.
In an unexpected turn of events, the mechanisms established by Executive Order 13848 played a crucial role in re-establishing Donald Trump’s administration. The transition was marked by significant political and legal maneuvers underpinned by the national security measures invoked by the order.
The continuity of government operations has re-emerged as a direct result of the national emergency framework put in place to counteract foreign interference. The stability and resilience measures ensured that the government could navigate political upheaval and maintain continuity, even as Joe Biden’s presidency was effectively stalled. This is why House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was upset, as she was in charge of weekly House COG meetings with all representatives towards the end of Trump’s first term as POTUS.
Executive Order 13848, initially aimed at protecting U.S. elections from foreign interference, has had far-reaching implications beyond its original intent. By establishing a national emergency and fostering interagency coordination, the order inadvertently paved the way for the Continuity of Government status and the resurgence of the Trump administration. This development underscores the enduring influence of national security measures on the governance and political landscape of the United States.
The emergency powers invoked by Executive Order 13848 are primarily focused on addressing foreign interference in U.S. elections through sanctions and related measures. These powers, exercised under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) and the National Emergencies Act (NEA), allow the president to impose economic and other sanctions on foreign individuals and entities involved in such interference.
While the order does not explicitly reference Continuity of Government (COG) operations, there are inherent overlaps in that both are part of broader national security measures. Here’s how they relate:
- National Security and Emergency Preparedness: The invocation of emergency powers and COG operations aim to ensure the stability and functioning of the federal government during crises. The declaration of a national emergency, as in Executive Order 13848, activates measures to protect national security, including safeguarding the integrity of elections and ensuring the government remains operational despite external threats.
- COG Framework: COG operations involve maintaining essential government functions during emergencies, including succession planning, emergency delegation of authority, and protecting critical infrastructure. While the executive order focuses on foreign interference, maintaining government continuity and resilience against threats align with the objectives of COG operations.
- Federal Agency Coordination: The order requires coordination among federal agencies, including the D.N.I., the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security, to develop a framework for responding to foreign interference. This interagency cooperation is also a key component of COG planning, ensuring that essential government functions continue during emergencies.
In summary, while the emergency powers invoked by Executive Order 13848 are not explicitly labeled as Continuity of Government operations, they serve a related purpose by protecting national security and ensuring the government’s ability to function during a significant threat. These actions contribute to maintaining governmental stability and continuity in the face of external interference. Therefore, under the direction of the active E.O., Joe Biden was effectively sidelined within the first 45 days of taking office and set aside as a bench warmer–COG was in effect.
True rumors circulated on the internet about how quiet the White House was, with no lights on, giving the impression that it was unoccupied. This led to the Continuity of Government (COG) apparatus having to run a masked presidential imposter because the so-called Biden Administration had no authority but the powers that couldn’t let the American people know that. After all, it’s classified, and they need a smokescreen. There is no way the general public would ever be told that Provost marshals and military police completely locked Biden Administration officials and staffers out of the White House, while the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the inner workings of the military-industrial complex were and still are bunkered down in their underground bases, currently in lockdown.
The evidence: U.S. government operating under continuity of government protocols; perpetual national emergency posture
The Freudian slip
At a Senate hearing on July 23, 2024, former Secret Service Head Kimberly Cheatel made sworn statements about security failures at the Butler Farm Show rally. This was the same event where a gunman, identified by the FBI as Thomas Matthew Crooks, attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump by shooting him in the ear.
During the hearing, Cheatel stated, “There is a difference between the sitting president and continuity of government and the responsibility that we [the Secret Service] had.” This indicates that the Secret Service handles sitting presidents differently from those in interim power under COG operations. She was referring to the fact that the U.S. government is currently in COG and that Trump is a designee. It’s important to note that these operations are top secret, and the details shall not be leaked to the people. (Cheatel’s statement can be heard at 1:06 in the video.)
The second Trump Administration confirmed
On November 10, 2020, just 71 days before Joe Biden was set to take office, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo confirmed to the American people live on television that the presidential transition of power would not be passed on to the newly elected President Joe Biden’s transition team but rather a second Trump Administration. Reporters were shocked to hear what Secretary Pompeo said. His comments went virtually unreported in the media, almost like a coverup was underway.
The shocking news came after a reporter asked: “Is the State Department currently prepared to engage with the Biden transition team, and if no, at what point does a delay hamper a smooth transition or pose a risk to national security?”
Pompeo, shaking his head in a ‘no-like’ gesture, answered, “There will be a smooth transition to the next Trump Administration.”
“We’re ready,” Pompeo said. “The whole world is watching what’s taking place. We’re going to count all the votes–when the process is complete, there will be electors selected. There’se a process. The Constitution lays it out pretty clearly.”
“I am very confident that we will do all the things necessary to make the government, the United States government, will continue to perform its national security function as we go forward.”
Pompeo’s message was clear: Biden would not be allowed to assume power due to interference in foreign elections. This goes back to Executive Order 13848, which Donald Trump carefully crafted during his office. Through E.O. 13848, the control of the deep state within the U.S. government was effectively ended. Every legal vote would be counted, and fraudulent ones would not. If evidence of foreign interference was found in the verified vote count, a national emergency would be silently declared, and continuity of government operations would begin. The gears of COG would turn, and the perpetrators would be held accountable, as stated in the E.O. At that point, the auditors only had to submit the official vote count to the controlling body, as per the E.O., because the election interference had already been proven. It’s important to remember that for years, CNN and other major news outlets have been reporting on Russian meddling in U.S. democracy and elections.
The smirk on Pompeo’s face said it all. He was confident that the military would not hand Joe Biden the keys to the White House or let him fly on Air Force One. The Biden Admin, a shadow arm of the Obama Administration, would not be living it up in D.C., as they thought. The deep state was headed off at the pass for the first time. Trump played a superb proverbial chess move on his opponents and the hidden opponent of the American people. The Biden Admin was set to be a sneak attack, a Trojan horse, but failed. Trump headed them off at the pass.
President Donald Trump puts the deep state on notice
At a September 23, 2020, White House press conference, President Donald Trump notified reporters that he was deeply concerned about election interference and made it clear that ballot counting teams within the inner workings of the government will be counting every ballot meticulously and looking for any sign of fraud.
“The ballots are a disaster,” said President Trump. “I have been complaining very strongly about the ballots. We will have to see what happens.”
At the time, Donald Trump wanted to ensure that ballots reached all potential voters as they should.
“If you get rid of the ballots, there, quite frankly, won’t be a peaceful transfer of power; there will be a continuation.”
E.O. 13848 justifies foreign election interference to continuity of government apparatus; Provost marshals lock White House doors; FEMA and the military are in charge; Biden puppet show continues under the guise of national security
Executive Order 13848, signed by President Donald Trump on September 12, 2018, declares a national emergency to address foreign interference in U.S. elections. It mandates the Director of National Intelligence to assess any foreign interference within 45 days post-election. Following the assessment, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security must evaluate the impact and recommend sanctions. The order authorizes blocking property, restricting transactions, and imposing travel bans on individuals or entities involved in election interference. This aims to protect U.S. electoral integrity from foreign threats.
Inauguration or Illusion? The Unseen Ceremony of January 20, 2021
On January 20, 2021, President-elect Joe Biden was celebrated with a 21-gun salute instead of the traditional inauguration ceremony, sparking widespread speculation about the legitimacy of his term. Reports claim that the U.S. government, operating as a corporate entity, found evidence of foreign election interference. Consequently, Biden’s presidency was invalid, leaving Donald Trump as an interim figurehead with no power. Government operations are focused on maintaining continuity until ballots are re-evaluated for the 2024 election.
Provost marshals locked the White House for ten days before a mock Biden Administration, complete with actors and a model White House, at Tyler Perry’s Studios in Fort McPherson, Georgia. The puppet show is run from a U.S. military base in Atlanta.
Evidence and Implications
Executive Order 13848 was issued to protect U.S. democracy after discovering credible evidence of foreign meddling in the 2020 election. This raised questions about the election results and prompted an extraordinary response on Inauguration Day to ensure the stability and continuity of government operations.
Continuity of Government Operations
In the wake of these revelations, the continuity of government operations has been placed at the helm. This framework ensures that the country’s essential functions are maintained while thoroughly investigating election interference. Although positioned as a stand-in, Donald Trump holds no real power, focusing on maintaining stability until a legitimate administration is confirmed.
Looking Ahead to 2024
The transition of power will only occur once the ballots for the upcoming 2024 presidential election are meticulously checked and verified. This process aims to restore faith in the electoral system and ensure the next president is duly elected without foreign interference. The authorities are committed to upholding democratic principles and safeguarding the nation’s integrity while navigating this complex and unprecedented situation.
The implications of this event are profound, raising questions about the future of U.S. elections and the measures in place to protect them. As the nation awaits the results of the ballot verification, the focus remains on ensuring that the people’s will is accurately reflected in their chosen leaders.
